Guided Meditation.
Mental Core Training is a culmination of many different disciplines and approaches of using meditation to have a positive impact on your life. Below I have included a few links and explanations as to how Mental Core Training can support and enhance your experiences on whatever journey you have decided to take.
Guided Meditation for Universal Attraction.
So, if you haven’t yet read the excellent book ‘The Secret’ or watched the film then I thoroughly recommend you do. If you are already on your own journey of manifestation and discovery then Mental Core Training guided meditations ‘True Me’ and ‘Healthy Me’ will really support you in creating that all important clarity and internal representation. Believing it, see it, feeling it and experiencing it as if it is already yours is a fundamental element of the success of Mental Core Training so you can see how it can compliment and enhance your own practices aligned to the school of universal attraction.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
NLP was where I began my journey in developing Mental Core Training. The language I use throughout the guided meditations is very much inspired by Milton Erickson when you listen I am sure it will resonate with you if you have studied this before.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
A fascinating and hugely beneficial psychological approach. Now, I must be very clear – I am not a Dr 🙂 – I developed this program by studying a multitude of different methodologies one of which was CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and I certainly would not say this course can replace and prescribed CBT treatment. However, the guided mediations and the self learning do enable you to train your way of thinking in a very similar way.
Mindfulness.
I really do love it when the mystery is lifted and something brilliant that may have previously been seen as something only a few can do becomes accessible to all. Mindfulness is a wonderful example of this. Introducing simple meditation techniques to everyone. Breaking down perceived barriers and allowing more people to enjoy the benefit of meditation. If you enjoy and practice mindfulness already you will find Mental Core Training an excellent way of accelerating your learning and using your calm to really achieve your own aspirations.
