For some, just cracking on a getting stuck in is all they need to really feel the benefit of Mental Core Training. Those that naturally respond well to guided meditations and already practice such techniques as Law of Attraction, NLP goal setting and mindfulness will easily understand and recognise the methodology and understand how it can benefit them.
Some people like a little more about the science, what makes Mental Core Training Work and how it links to our neurology. After all meditation is all about controlling our neurological activity to make it work for us in whichever way we choose for ourselves.

So, below you will see some mini learning sessions all about our brilliant brain. It is split into two distinct parts – The Workers – The outer parts of the brain and – The Core – The very powerful (yet not too bright!) dense centre of our brain. Each part plays a role in Mental Core Training and Meditation generally. The workers process and make sense of it, the Core (once it accepts and believes it is what you truly want) controls everything for you at a deeply subconscious level.
So lets start, firstly the Workers;

Introduction to ‘The Workers’. A very brief description of what you will learn as you go through the mini learning sessions.

Mental Core Training – The Workers – The Cerebellum. What it does for us every day and the role it plays in your meditation and experience of Mental Core Training.

Mental Core Training – The Workers – Frontal Lobe. What it does and the role it plays in your meditation experiences.

Mental Core Training – The Workers – The Parietal Lobe. What it does and the role it plays in your meditation experiences.

Mental Core Training – The Workers – The Occipital Lobe, the role it plays and how it enhances your meditation experiences.

Mental Core Training – The Workers – The Temporal Lobe. The role it plays and how it effects your mediation experience.

The Workers – The Cerebral Cortex. What it does and how it supports your meditation and mindfulness.
Now, lets introduce you to your Mental Core, it will enable you to consciously/subconsciously gain better results from the Meditation exercises if you comprehend what the different elements of your mental core do and how MCT can positively impact on them.
