Beach Quick Guided Meditation

Take a few minutes out, a little Mindfulness trip to the beach. A quick guided meditation to give you a few minutes respite in your busy day.

Another session to illustrate how mediation can change your mental state and enable you to be the best version of yourself.

Is guided meditation for me?

The best way to answer that question is to try it for yourself. So if you felt any benefit from the quick guided meditation above, the beach session is a very good one to start with as most of us have felt incredibly relaxed on a beach at some point in our lives, then yes – guided meditation is for you.

In fact, I have found through the years I have been learning all about our wonderful brain and how to harness its full power through meditation that meditation can be useful to everyone. How useful it is really depends on you and how much you believe it can change your own perception of self and the world around you. I know, sounding really geeky again, it is true though. As we look through history from the beginning of time we see multiple uses of meditation through religion (e.g. Kabbalah , Buddhism to name just a couple) and of course mediation as a part of self growth as referenced in The Secret (the Law of attraction)

So, whatever your aim. If you want meditation to help you relax and be calm or to be the beginning of your new journey and self growth to achieve your aspirations the only real way of knowing if it is for you is to try it out.

The quick guided meditations in the Try it now section are a good way of seeing if the process works for you, or more precisely, if the process I have developed works for you. If it does then continue on your journey with the Full Mental Core Training program. If my version isn’t right for you then I implore you not to give up, something brought you here looking, something made you click the link, watch the video and read this text. Something will guide you to that place where your own answers await.
