The first stage of feeling the full benefit of doing the Mental Core Training Program is to comprehend the incomprehensible power you already have at your disposal.

Your brain is incredible, powerful and (when it is totally aligned to your positively chosen outcomes/aspirations) it can make you achieve more than you probably ever imagined you could.

The Power of your brain in meditation.

Billions and billions of neurons with trillions of synapsis linking together the mass of matter that is your incredible brain. Most scientists agree that we are only just starting to understand the true power of our brain.

One thing we can be certain of, at present we tend to take it a little for granted. Mental Core Training is specifically designed to enable you to start positive programming your brain to enable it to work for you in the attainment of your aspirations. Whether it be health, wealth or general happiness the guided meditations all deliver a level of congruency with the conscious and subconscious mind.

This may sound odd, as wouldn’t our brain already be working for us? Well the answer is yes but not always in the most productive way. For example, if when you were growing up you had an experience – like a young lady I worked with a few years ago. Her ‘experience’ was quite extreme but it makes the point very well. Very early in her school life she was asked to stand up and speak in class, nothing too stressful, just to talk about her weekend. However, this happened to occur just when she was bursting for wee. Yes, you can imagine the rest. She stood up just as she lost the battle with her bladder and she wet herself in front of the whole class. How is this relevant, well in the present day (some 19 years later) the thought of speaking in public made her feel extremely anxious, so much so that she was avoiding doing it all together which, for such an intelligent and gifted young woman, was holding her back and stopping her achieve her full professional potential.

This young lady was one of the first people I used True Me and Brave Me guided meditations with. With just a little repetition (2 weeks each one completed daily) the young lady found that she could now think about standing up and presenting without getting into an extremely anxious state, very soon she was able to happily stand in front of large groups and share her knowledge.

This was in part down to her reprogramming her mind, replacing the bad old memory with a positive alternative in the present and a really positive outcome in the future.
