As you can see already your brain is an amazing machine. It, when your communication with it is clear and positive, can be your biggest ally as you can have all of its power working for you. However, if you are sending it mixed (or negative) messaging it can be your nemesis – holding you back and making sure you stay in the shaddows.
Meditation is a tool you can use to ensure that it gets those clear positive messages and Mental Core Training is specifically designed so that it can harness the full power of your brain to work for you to achieve exactly what you decide you want to achieve.
The workers play a part in this, they feed off your mental core (the hub of your internal communication) and help in two ways. Firstly, to make your meditation experiences as vivid and realistic as you choose for them to be. Secondly, to support your planning, rationalising and experiencing what you need to make them a reality.
